When Srivari Avenues approached us with an idea of a beachside property complete with open plots, villas, apartments and a 3-star resort to go with it, we were hooked. From conceptualization to production, we ensured everything was top notch and perfect.

We went with a slice-of-life approach to the cover page. Giving a sneak peek into how exciting living by the beach is for little children
As you take in the cover page, the inner cover takes you further into the concept of a lifestyle by the sea in an thriving business town
Writing real estate copy is easier said that done. It's very tempting to use flowery jargon, a few lifestyle oriented taglines, a strew of features and get away with it.
